The Peer Tutoring program aims to help students from Pre-K to Grade 11 by pairing them with enthusiastic, high-achieving tutors to offer tutoring sessions on given subjects/areas.

As of March 2021, we have received over 100 tutor applicants who are available in teaching. Whether you are looking for volunteer opportunities, need to boost your resume for university admissions or need a tutor who can support you academically. There is a place for you at our Peer Tutoring Program!

J.Wang

Personal Description: Wang is currently studying at the University of Toronto, majoring in Russian and History. He's the president of the history club and volunteered back when he was in high school. Wang has been teaching English in the Beaver tutoring program for a long time and is very experienced in planning lessons and adjusting the syllabus based on the tutee's needs.

M.Chen

Personal Description: Chen is a student at Bayview Secondary School. She's been teaching at beaver tutoring for a long time and she's good at finding the best learning strategy for her tutee. She is a responsible and patient tutor with a great deal of tutoring experience. She also has a Red Cross Babysitting Certificate.

Q.Chen

Personal Description: Chen is studying at Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute, he has two years of tutoring experience and has been studying in Canada since Grade 5. He's very familiar with the local curriculum, and he's been recognized as a knowledgable, communicative tutor.
